Firehouse Subs Santa Barbara Veterans

Wow, what a great subshop. I've never eaten a firehouse underwear. I ordered a medium-heavy meatball sandwich. it was really excellent! my only problem is that I don't want to try another kind of sandwich because the meatball sandwich was so good. good service and attentive staff. I am literally 2 minutes away from this place. I will be regular.

Asked for my DoorDash order politely twice and ended up waiting 25-30 minutes before I asked a third time if the order was ready because some walk in who came 20+ minutes after me got their order made before me. The DoorDash order was just sitting on the counter instead of given to me or placed on the to go rack. 5+ workers with a manager and still couldn't give timely service. A huge waste of my time, will try to avoid this place from now on, dont have this issue most places I pick up DoorDash orders from.

Mandy and everyone else is awesome. The door dash app does not have an option to make most of the subs cold, so I call each time and they always get it right. Our household caught Covid and this is about the only thing we can keep down. Thank you for keeping us fed during this tough time.

This place is awesome. I’ve had a single issue in the 3 years I’ve been eating here, and they replaced the sandwich right away. Polite, professional and great food!

Walked in for a sub. 7 workers in the back that i'm watching for twenty minutes not making my sandwich. I only get my sandwich AFTER someone who walked in and ordered ten minutes after me. Sorry workers sorry location
