Sage Bistro - Cape Canaveral

A great place for dinner. We thought a delicious meal on Monday night. I had the Mahi Mahi with bacon meerrot Brussels sprouts... The bartender Levi was a very nice young man who had a great attitude and treated us well. The owner was very nice and a pleasure to speak. Good food and wine!

I must admit that this was really an experience. The owner was very polite and welcoming. The atmosphere was original and the prices were amazing. This is a place I will continue to protect during the visit to this area.

Everything from the owner greeting us to our awesome waitress, Robin, to the best carrot bisque, fresh salad greens homemade dressings, every single entree we all ordered-sea bass, lamb roast, Wiener schnitzel, and perfect desserts-it was all perfect! Its not w called Sage you should not miss out on the chance for this wonderful dining experience! Highly recommend it! Oh and the wines were great!

The food and service at this restaurant were exceptional. Our server, Linda, was very down-to-earth and professional. We will definitely return to try the tapas menu - kudos to the chef! This restaurant has a bright future in Cape Town.

Excellent food and server! I asked my parents to celebrate Mother's Day and Father's Day when visiting WV. What a pleasant experience. Fresh homemade dishes. Great specialties of Cheff. The tuna tapas were for to die, our fillet mignons so tender, lake bass spectacular and our dessert beautiful. The server was knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. Wonderful. Will definitely go back!
