What a lovely surprise to find this gem! The holiday resorts ' restuarants are a bit 'same old ' and to find a fresh new restaurant was a treat. We were sorry we discovered Edesia towards the end of our holiday. Staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English which was a welcome change.

Our stay at cala radtjada was magical! great beaches, great views, great restaurant! tops them all! this gorgeous restaurant Edesia on the maritimo had very great service every time i think of there home made hamburgers and their chili fries my mouth begins to water! Yes we will go there again next year!

Definitely one for the books! We were warmly greeted and immediately were enamored by the ambiance surrounding us! As an appetizer, we ordered their wings and the only bad thing I have to say about them is that they disappeared way too quickly! I ordered the Hawaiian burger and it was absolutely delectable! This experience rejuvenated our taste buds! Big thumbs up!!

We enjoyed the place and spirit of the team. The hamburgers are delicious. I loved the Cordero burger and the desert. Both recomended
