At Casa Coloni the experimentation is combined with the flavors of tradition in a non-invasive way: is perhaps this why I try to go to every change menu! One of the best meals of my life. We were staying in the beautiful hotel reserved a table in advance for dinner at the restaurant. I let them know that I was vegan the chef created 2 of the most delicious, creative, natural, tasty, harmonious dishes I 've ever eaten. They were perfect in their simplicity honouring of tradition. My husband also had 2 incredible dishes both prepared with care attention beautifully presented. The meal started with a few 'samplings ' again vegan for me which were so light tasty, they were incredible. The meal was also accompanied by an incredible selection of bread. Everything was like eating air it was so light. Great thought great talent went into creating everything we ate. The service was also top notch, attentive, informative professional.
