B & J Casse-Croute - Cap-Aux-Meules

Last night outside on the patio was a fun, relaxing, foodie & beer by Stony Creek event, was wonderful.

So, 50 West has returned from a hiatusRecently went for dinner with my wife and two friends.

I'm so glad my bf and I decided on this place for our happy hour(thou we stayed til much after)! The food was delish, from their wings to the Panko-crusted

The lobster roll was really good! The way you order is kind of cafeteria style and served as take out but has a dining area which caught us off guard at first. But worth the experience. Also, it is in a lovely location.

My friend and I both had BLT sandwiches and shared a plate of scallops. I wish we hadn't shared the scallops or had ordered another plate because they were really good. The other two in our group ordered fish and chips. At first, they thought the fish looked like fish sticks, but after trying it, they said it was delicious. It was easy to break apart so they could taste the fish well. We would have definitely come back if it wasn't our last day. Note: It seems that cold slaw is a common side dish on the islands. We had it a few times, but probably not at fancier restaurants.
