Mill Creek Burgermaster - Canyon Park

Service was great as with every single other visit to this location. However for $17? My burger was not fresh and tasted like the heatlamp, and fries were soggy and cold.

They suck eggs always messing up overpriced below average food

Visited while on a weekend trip from NY. Quite a fantastic drive in. The burger was excellent and the fries were great. Will for sure stop again next time I make it out to Seattle!

I love this Burgermaster They are always quick to my car to take my order, friendly and even know how to count back change I usually get the same thing … hotdog, extra mustard and a large vanilla shake!! Since I was a kid, my very favorite! Every now and then I will change and get a grilled cheese

Look I don't know what going on here but management needs to seriously change things up or you're going to keep losing business. We have 5 kids. We used to eat here regularly. What used to be $60-70 is now $120 (including a tip. The system defaulted at 20% or higher). That is as much as a sit down restaurant. I'm sorry but tipping for fast food at those prices is ridiculous. We always take our own trash out because the servers are to busy. So all they do is take my order and drop the food at my car. Between that and the price hikes on food, it's not worth it. Then add the insane situation with shakes and straws here and it's really not worth it. They use straws they know are not compatible with shakes. This is not the first time, they did it during the pandemic to and people complained. Took a year to go back to normal straws, now they do it again. The solution they decided on is to make there shakes 50% more watery. Even fresh from the back it's like ice cream milk. It's gross. I keep my own straws in my car literally because of BurgerMaster. They also started filling there soda cups with 90% ice this last year. A large is less than 8oz of soda (I checked with a 8oz cup in my car) the rest is ice. Our order the last 4 visits are always wrong or missing items. We have to constantly get out of the car and approach the kitchen area because the servers are all busy. Not because this location is super busy (we've noticed the lack of cars here for months now) but because they are understaffed. We used to love BurgerMaster and take all our out of town family here but with the cost increase, meh food, shake problems and forced high tipping. It's just not worth it anymore. Maybe we'll try again in a year or so and hope things change but we won't be returning for a long time.
