Cherokee Lanes - Canton

I had a great time and considering how expensive everything is now, it’s not to expensive which me and my bank account love. My issue was the bartender. They were oddly aggressive/hostile and told me she won’t serve me again when I come back until I get my ID changed. Yes my ID is still vertical, but I have never had an issue before with buying a drink with my ID. They said that she’s not supposed to serve me because it’s the GA law but I’ve looked it up and I can’t find any law. But I understand that some places have certain rules and what not but it was the way she told me was like she was accusing me of having a fake and that I was out to get her in trouble. And I was trying to get a margarita and a beer but she said they can only serve one drink per transaction/per person??? I have never been to a single place that does that and that really makes no sense to me considering you can buy a bucket of beer??? I just wanted a couple of drinks with my friends and ended up being really disappointed. There was also a male employee who can over at one point to compliment our funny board names which was fine but later on he came back and sat down with us and was clearly flirting and trying to chat us up. Maybe it’s just me but trying to flirt with someone WHILE WORKING is odd. I don’t think he got the hint that it’s clearly a girl night. Other those two things, everything else was fine and we had a good time regardless.

Amazing atmosphere! Wonderful customer service. My daughter is on the youth bowling league, and was having issues with her ball. Come to find out her ball needed to be drilled a little bit to fit her thumb. They did it for free in the pro shop

Well run bowling alley. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Machines and lanes are very nice.

Nice small bowling alley. Pro Shop helpful but busy at opening time which is usually 3 or 4. Wish it opened at 2. Bar type food is surprisingly good and they have a full bar with pool tables. Very good pricing for bowling and good location.

My children and their friends and I used Cherokee Lanes all summer when it got too hot outside for the pool. With children bowling for free (throughout the summer), all you have to pay for is $4 shoes. Next summer, we will probably buy shoes on Amazon so we can save the $4 per trip. The people that work there are all very kind and professional. The bowling alley is clean and there is a game room (and a whole bar if you want to go for a night out).
