Tried this location twice and was extremely terrible both times. The first time the food was terribly over seasoned and the customer service was horrible. Tried it again a second time this past week and not much has changed. We ordered online and once the status changed to “you order should be ready” I knew there’d be a issue. Once we arrived it was can additional 20 minutes to be handed an order that had been sitting and was now cold. The associates are unfriendly and definitely not customer service driven. Not a good look for this location. Reading previous reviews, seems like the management team/owners have no sense of urgency to fix any of the problems that so many have complained about.
Did not provide full order. I am missing an 8 pc Garlic Parm. When i called in 5 minutes after delivery, i was on hold for 20 minutes without anyone picking up.
This location is terrible. Terrible customer service. The food is not good at all. Placed the order online and once the status said order should be ready went to pick it up and still had to wait almost 30 min. The associates are a bit rude as well. Clearly the owner or management team doesn 't care about reviews or customer service because according to the previous reviews nothing has changed.
Excellent wings. The Korean Q sauce is outstanding. Perfect balance of heat and sweet.
