I went today and they didn't have fried rice, that was fine but they had one sweet guy that clearly was new but was trying his hardest to make us satisfied, this lady that was older then the others and yelled who trained him which was very unnecessary and made the guys confidence go down. It was very unprofessional for her to say that especially with everyone doing something but her, if she thought it was a problem she could have helped him
My mother and I visited this location yesterday for lunch. We both ordered two two entree plates with Honey Walnut shrimp as one of the entrees on both plates. My portion size was less than half the size of my mom’s. I kindly brought this to the attention of the cashier and was told that “everyone gets seven shrimp”. I clearly only had five shrimp on my plate. So, I mentioned this to the manager and she also said that “everyone gets seven shrimp” and refused to give me any more shrimp. It seems not only do the employees at this store lack customer service, but also need to have a review of Kindergarten math. I have been a frequent customer of Panda Express for many years and have visited and frequented many locations. This Panda Express by far has the worst customer service and provided me with the worst experience from a Panda Express EVER. We won’t be back if we are ever in the area of again. I would drive two hours to a different location before coming to this location.
For bowls not enough portion of chicken! Disappointed; when asked if they could more on my bowl, they just kinda shrugged their shoulders!!!
I walked in at 8:28pm, their closing hour is 9pm. They no longer had rice and refused to make anymore. The chow Mei was more veggies than noodles because they were about to run out of it. When I asked the employees if they are making more rice. They stated they are shutting down. I tried to make it convenient by picking a different plate but was not able to create a plate due to no cooked food available.When I looked at the meats, there was no meats mainly vegetables that were part of the meats options.I was upset because I should not have to settle and get a plate of vegetables yet I am paying for meat. They need a responsible, organized supervisor to make sure that the quantities of food are enough to last until closing time.I will also like to bring into attention, that twice previously I purchase the bigger plate, I ordered Angus steak and even with the cost being extra, which I am OK with, they still serve me more vegetables than meat.I would like this to be addressed, not just for me but for other customers, because it is wrong to serve someone 3 pieces of meat and the rest vegetables via drive thru or via mobile ordering, because you are not capable of seewhat they serving you. So by the time I leave I end up with three Pieces of meat and the rest yes it's vegetables it's vegetables. That's wrong that's wrong!!
