Kfc - Canton

I received my order promptly and the food was delicious. The restaurant was spotless and I enjoyed the lively music playing. The bathroom had a very powerful hand dryer. Overall, I would highly recommend trying out this KFC if you're in the area and looking for a quick meal.

I decided to order takeout to avoid waiting in the long line. The doors were only open for online pickup orders, but they made me ring the bell outside in the cold. When I went through the drive-thru, I noticed that some of my food was missing. They told me to pull up to the front and wait, but after waiting for about 15 minutes, nobody came out. When I went back through the drive-thru, they argued with me and claimed that I had all my food. It took them three tries to finally get my extra 4-piece biscuits that I had ordered. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I will say their poor service this isn't my first time a second time where there's been no one in the store that had other lights on had no signs of that they were closed looks like they were open and didn't serve anybody. Another day I went through got a meal and they gave me a whole another meal that was not my meal called them right away be in respect for the tell them about my order and they said they were replace it when I tried to get my order replaced they act like they didn't want to replace it bad service bad management .

Went here 12/8 order Diet Coke combo with Cold slaw, what I got was Diet Pepsi and mashed potatoes. Asked for manager, he was the manager. Attitude bad. When I ordered the pop, I specifically was it coke or Pepsi product he said “ I told you it was Coke”Where is service, and why bring your bad attitude to work when you are depending on folks buying what you sell? Don’t go here unless you just want anything, especially what you did not order.

The person working the speaker was rude and acted like we were annoying him also the famous bowl had hard chicken and no corn and barely mashed potatoes in it and when we called we got laughed at and hung up on! Shut this store down its the 3rd failed visit
