Arby's - Canton

The dining room was extremely chilly, making it impossible for me to enjoy my lunch. My sandwich had already cooled down significantly by the time I had eaten just a quarter of it. This completely spoiled my dining experience.

I placed an online order for pickup inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, someone mistakenly took my order, but the staff promptly remade it and I was soon on my way. Overall, the restaurant is good and the food is tasty.

Typical Arby's with a good mix of food options. Great friendly service and tasty food at a decent price.

I recently ordered from Uber Eats and my order was missing four items. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to see if I could pick up the missing items, but no one answered the phone despite my six attempts.

The food is just not on point. Needs to be fresh not sitting around. French fries have like a 7 minute window before they are inedible by the way guys. Arby's and every other food place it seems need to get that through their thick skulls. Don't serve me your old past throw out time product when I'm paying and I ask for fresh.
