I ordered a cookie and cream dessert and it was perfect for New Year's Eve for me and my partner. It was a deliciously sweet treat.

The waiter, Curtis, was pleasant and attentive, but the manager, Hannah, was not friendly. We ordered a sharing pizza for three people as we always do at Pizza Hut. However, when Hannah brought out the pizza, she only provided two plates and sternly informed us that only two people would receive the salad bar with one sharing pizza. This policy had never been mentioned during our previous visits to different Pizza Hut locations, and we couldn't find it in the menu either. Feeling embarrassed by Hannah's accusatory tone, we reluctantly agreed to pay £6.99 for an additional salad. The experience left a bad taste in our mouths, and we don't plan on returning to the Canterbury Pizza Hut. We would appreciate it if someone could confirm whether this policy of two salads per sharing pizza is standard across all Pizza Hut locations, or if Hannah had made it up on the spot. Thank you.

I recently ordered two pizzas from Pizza Hut. It had been ten years since my last order with them, and it will be my last. The pizzas were overly oily and sparse on toppings, which was very disappointing. Their website offers the option of choosing with or without garlic, leading me to believe that the garlic would be incorporated into the pizza somehow. However, they later clarified that it meant with or without garlic sauce. This felt like a tactic to save money on sauce. Additionally, their portion sizes are listed as small, medium, and large, but for someone who hasn't ordered in a while, it's difficult to gauge what those sizes actually entail. In my opinion, Pizza Hut offers the worst pizza in the city. I would recommend avoiding them altogether and opting for a local pizzeria instead. Even the frozen pizzas at Asda offer better flavor for a fraction of the cost. Overall, I found the experience to be quite disappointing.

I cannot fault the staff they were excellent.But the ordering on the app and not being able to pay by cash is diabolical no choice shame on you ceo s at pizza hut.The food was average the pizza was ok but not stocked properly the salad was a bit cheap didn't really like.Ice cream was not brilliant flavour a bit watered down so I will not be returning to pizza hut.I feel sorry for the staff.

On this particular afternoon, the restaurant was seemingly quiet, with only one waitress handling all the tables. Despite the demands of being the only one working, she exhibited remarkable patience, going above and beyond to make our dining experience special. She took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, guiding us through the options and ensuring we made the perfect choices. Her attention to detail and dedication to accommodating our preferences truly stood out. As for the food, Pizza Hut once again delivered with its mouthwatering pizzas. Our orders arrived promptly and were deliciously hot and fresh. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the relaxed atmosphere made our family meal even more enjoyable.
