M&s Cafe - Canterbury

I was disappointed with my breakfast experience as it was served cold, with only the beans being hot. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to ask them to heat it up. Overall, I was not satisfied with the meal.

The scones at M&S are absolutely delicious! However, I was not a fan of the new coffee machine as the temperature of the coffee was only lukewarm. I hope they bring back the old machines for a better experience.

I ordered Eggs Benedict, but unfortunately everything on the plate was cold - the sauce, ham, muffin, and even the eggs were only warm. I also requested extra hot coffee, but it was served at normal temperature. A reevaluation of the preparation is suggested.

No vegan option pastry, cake or biscuits. Service quite fast. Friendly. Wouldn't come again as vegan options on all meals and snacks incredibly limited

A quick stop for coffee whilst visiting Canterbury. Tables needed clearing prior to sitting we ended up doing it ourselves as not sure if they had staff doing it. Staff behind counter serving drink and food were lovely and polite and clearly enjoyed their job. M&S drinks are standard so not much more to say there.
