H's Cafe - Canterbury

Advertised on line as being open on a Sunday, but it was closed when we arrived very disappointing indeed

It was exactly what I expected, a transport caff with good clean seating and ace fry up. Very friendly staff and punters. Second visit

Terrible customer service, not family friendly, if there is more than 4 of you, you are not aloud to sit together! Being a family of 5 we left before ordering as the service was that terrible, it’s a shame as this cafe would have great potential in the right hands!

Have been going here regularly in the summer and again recently since lockdowns banged on the head. Dropped in a couple of times this month when getting the bike out for a ride. Have had bacon or sausage baps before but just had a coffee these times. Cafe open again but masks still required before taking a seat at a table.

I don't understand the comment about rude staff as I have always found them to be polite and friendly. The food at this cafe is more than satisfactory and reasonably priced. It is a popular spot not only for bikers, but also for workers, elderly couples, and families. All are greeted warmly. The cafe takes good care to follow COVID precautions, making customers feel safe. We visit this cafe regularly.
