Greggs Sturry Road - Canterbury

Ordered two sausage rolls and coffee. After I paid and picked up the rolls both were stone cold. Asked if the had hot or warm ones but said no and not offered to change. Told me they are not kept warm in the counter. Could of told me they were cold and I would have had something else. It was 1-15pm and lunch time. Are they not selling many at lunchtime???

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Greggs yesterday. My husband is a big fan of their ploughman sandwiches, but when I discovered they were all sold out, the staff kindly offered to make me two of them. The service was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed a delicious sausage roll while waiting for the sandwiches to be made. Thank you so much!

This Greggs location is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had a colleague with allergies, and they were able to assist me in choosing a safe breakfast option for them. The yummy lattes served here are the perfect way to start your day before heading to work.

Both looking forward to hot sausage roll, cup of tea and cream cake. Seating area was blocked off also a sign saying toilets closed. Asked the counter assistant why, he said they had not bothered to open then since March. Turned round and walked out no wonder all the shelves were full and this being a lunchtime.

What a joke... I’m speechless. Popped in on my lunch break, expecting a nice golden brown juicy sausage bean and cheese melt to be waiting for me... “Sorry we haven’t got any” So I turn round and left what a joke... That’s like going to Burger King and not being able to buy a burger! Absolutely flabagasted!
