A R Chinese Takeaway - Canterbury

We have had multiple negative experiences at this restaurant, including receiving incorrect orders, missing items, burned food, and improperly cooked meals. The most recent meal was particularly disappointing, as we found raw and frozen rock-hard items in our curry. The meat was tough and the rice was dry. Despite my complaints and requests for replacements in the past, nothing has been done to improve the quality of the food. Therefore, I have decided to give up on this restaurant and will not be returning.

We had been struggling to find a good Chinese and been trying a different one each month, but this was so delicious that we have decided this to be our new regular, and right on our doorstep. Hot, not at all greasy and really full...of flavour. Highly recommend this take away

The food at this restaurant was excellent, served piping hot and our order was accurate. We appreciated the complimentary prawn crackers and Pepsi Max. We will definitely be returning.

So disapointed..prawn prawn balls were full of oil and burnt but the batter inside was raw and sloppy..noodles were dry and tasteless iv never left feedback before but felt i had to this time..please dont waste your money.

We have ordered from this Chinese takeout three times recently, and each time they have gotten our order wrong. The first time they gave me prawn curry instead of chicken curry, which could have been dangerous if I had a seafood allergy. They refused to change my rice when I asked them to correct the mistake, so by the time I got home it was cold. The second time, the sauce was missing from our family meal for six. The third time, my husband and I shared a curry and rice with chips, but only half of the chips were edible. The curry seemed to be missing curry powder and tasted more like chicken and onions in a watery gravy. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from this place again.
