Unfortunately I have never been to Pistoia in person, but as every year I run to the craftsman at Rho almost exclusively for them. Their cantucci are the end of the world, soft and delicious. For me the top is cocoa with big white chocolate pieces like pepite! The prices, at least at the fair, are a little high but in my opinion it is worth it. Really weird recommended!
I'm praying that I wasn't on the spot, but for me their cantucci are a fixed appointment of the craft fair. Different variants (classical, cocoa with white or dark chocolate, with fruit), all one more good than the other. Noteworthy are the bigiarini to love and the ugly but good.. but above all the kindness and enthusiasm of the staff at the stand. Recommended!
