The Association - Canonsburg

The Bar Association for Victory! Did the woman get out and couldn't have been happier here! Great drinks, great food and Ashley was a fantastic bartender. Yes, the food takes a while, but it is worth waiting, and that's just more time to drink definitively back to my growing list of restaurants. I had the handmade burger with bacon and blue cheese, an old-fashioned and flying dog fazy IPA. The woman had MA, THE MEATLOAF! and a kinky squirrel Martini.

The food was great! It took a while, but perfection needed time, and MAN, delivered it! Started with a perfect poutine we've ever had. The crab Bisque was similar to those I tried in Connecticut and was absolutely delicious. After all, my entree was the chicken po-boy (feeds white cheddar) and I still remember how good that was. Super crispy chicken, a touch of spices that was not overwhelming, the beautiful acidity of the pimples with the fresh bite of Arugula... perfection. I'd eat 100% again. I'm in love!

The best meat leaf. Hot, juicy and crashed with candied bacon, the meat leaf was a lovely surprise. Even the potatoes were wonderful. It was all served in a large bowl, covered with engraving, paired with a glass of silver mark red, it was a filling, tasty and unexpected gourmet menu. Give them an attempt, you won't be disappointed. (And I make a great meat myself!)

While the location may be a tight seize, it's totally worth it. Trendy/modern atmosphere, well designed, great food with a great menu, amazing drinks and great prices. Bonus points for having a public parking lot just out front of the building too! What a gem! Ordered the following and loved all of it: orange creamsicle martini, old fashioned, burger, cream cake sandwich, chicken po'boy, and fries with poutine.

Honestly, the best bar in the area! Amazing staff and extraordinary cocktails! Lauren and Jenelle were so friendly and so informative and helpful! If you have not been here, you must try it without a doubt! You will not be disappointed!
