Bella Bistro - Canonsburg

We initially planned a fairly large wedding reception in a hotel ballroom in downtown. However, about three months before the wedding, we were not confident that the event would be able to occur, so that we began to host other options for hosting a COVID-safe wedding reception that is still fit with our vision for our big day. We found Bella Sera and are so happy that we made it! From the first encounter with Lauren throughout the planning process she was so incredibly helpful in answering all our many, many questions and helped us to feel confident that we would be able to plan a beautiful wedding reception with just three months. Your organization and attention to detail was so appreciated during this really stressful time and I had no concerns that Lauren and her team would perform all the details we discussed for perfection! Our reception was considered absolutely beautiful in Bella Sera and we received so many compliments from our guests on the food and service of the staff. Both my husband and I said it felt like we were keeping our wedding there. Bella Sera also gave us a beautiful basket of wine glasses, pasta dinner features and a gift certificate to use there in the future, which was a really sweet and unexpected note. We had a fantastic experience working with Bella Sera for our wedding! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, allowing us to have our ceremony outdoors and the reception in the beautiful ballroom. The food was excellent and our guests had nothing but great things to say. The station options we chose were all delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of having our photographer, videographer, and DJ all familiar with the Bella Sera staff due to their frequent work at the venue. While there was some confusion about which upgrades were included in the minimum expenses, the overall coordination was great. The only hiccup in our planning process was when our original wedding coordinator left the company, but the rest of the staff, especially our main contact Andrea, were wonderful. Thank you to everyone at Bella Sera for helping us have the perfect day!

The venue was gorgeous and was chosen as the location for a wedding. The bartenders provided excellent service. The food was incredibly tasty, with a standout recommendation being the crab cake.

Very nice wedding venue.well run and exceptional bar staff. The servers took away my drive ks and tried to take my meal before I was through so I can't give it 5 stars. They must have wanted to go hone.

This place has a wonderful main hall for events. High ceilings, two bars that are ready to access, good food and friendly staff. Someone, at the wedding I attended, said they have a decent lunch, so maybe I'll give it a try sometime. The room itself was kept a bit cold though...
