Ortega's - Cañon City

We dine here frequently. For breakfast, we enjoy the messy potatoes with medium hot green chili. For lunch, we've tried the smothered burritos, pork avocado enchiladas, and their Shopper. We absolutely love their creamy poblano soup!

The portion of chips was a bit stingy, and there are no free refills, but the chorizo burritos were absolutely delicious. The Bunuelos were great as well!

I was in the mood for chili rellenos, and theirs are outstanding.

Average. I have to say the drinks were good but everything else was lacking.

We had a huge party of at least 20 people. Food was amazing rice was great! Service was amazing! I had deep fried flour tortilla tacos, they were so good! I live in Colorado Springs now fremont county native and no where in Colorado Springs makes them like that!
