Przekaż informację zwrotnąI order at 9:20PM online for pickup. It says it'll be ready in 25 minutes. When we arrived there, the store was closed at 9:55. My card was billed. I had to ask for a refund. The person I spoke with didn't even apologize. He said I'd get my refund in two days. It's been 10 days. No refund. I called again and the guy said he can't do much about it because they're a franchise and the online order is company. What answer is that? So I should just assume that I was charged for something I didn't receive? Where's my payment?
I would say they have one of the best pizzas in the area with affordable prices. You have a variety of flavors, plus you can create your own. Just be careful when you create your own pizza, the more toppings you add, the higher the price will be. You also have the huge pizza at 36, which was a lot and I mean a lot. Do not forget their wings, which are also really good. Bones in or without bones are both great. And like any other pizzeria, they have promos and bundles for their pizza and other items on their menu. A bonus is that her staff is very friendly here. Be sure to order
Ordered a 3 topping regular crust medium pizza, crust boiled medium well; $17. Supplied. What I received was a ?tough as a cardboard? thin crust hard to eat Travesty. The crust (tasteless) was so hard, after a difficult 2 slices my jaw was so tired, I could not eat anymore. Also there were so little cheese, no cheese strands when you pull out a slice. In fact, there is no cheese flavor, the only taste is sauce and olives. I had Big Mamas in the 90s, well then the new owners obviously have ZERO CLUE how to make an edible pizza. Can only imagine their pasta dishes taste like rubber. Another restaurant crossed my list forever!
It took almost 1 hour and 48 minutes to deliver for a medium pizza with 3 toppings $22 in total). For such an expensive pizza I expected delicious, high quality food. Boy, I was wrong. There were literally 2 to 3 pieces and a few with a) mushroom and/or spinach on each piece, the sauce was bland and the thick crust was more like hand tosed. Scant toppings, under average quality pizza and excessive waiting time make it not worth the money or time. I called back for a refund on my order and when Max called me back, he only offered to refund the cost of pizza minus shipping costs and taxes. When I pointed out that I don't have to pay for a delivery that didn't arrive on time, he asked me to be fair and the 20 minutes the delivery person drove round trip to my house. I didn't fight, and when he refused to pay back everything I told him our call reflected in my Yelp review. After that, he said he wouldn't give me anything back and hanged in my face. That was a completely negative experience.
I was visiting a friend and I decided to order pizza from the Canoga park location. It took over twice the longer side of the time range to show up. When I received it, the man handed me the boxes for the two pizzas I thanked him and I asked where the garlic bread was. He politely apologized, he had not been sent out with the garlic bread. Frustrated I just thanked him and went inside. Immediately I called the store to let them know of the issue and the fellow at the store said to call the manager in five to ten minutes and hung up. I thought it was strange that he would not tell me how to get ahold of the manager before hanging up, but decided to just open the pizzas. I opened the pizzas, and they both had thin crust we had ordered thick crust. I called back again and the fellow copped an attitude with me saying I told you to call the manager. I told him that I had no way of doing so, and that in addition, we did not have the pizzas we ordered (not just the bread). I gave him my number and asked for the manager to call us since we did not have ANYTHING of what we ordered. I never got a call. I wanted to be able to get the pizzas I ordered, but I guess they just wanted to see if I would go away. I did see my bill downwards adjusted for not having the garlic bread, but this still did not fix the issue of giving me pizza 's that did not have the crust I ordered I don 't like thin crust pizza. So, as a result, I did not actually get ANY pizza that I wanted to eat and had to figure out something else for the night. The only good part of the experience was the polite delivery man.
