Mcdonald's Restaurants - Cannock Chase

The service is terrible all they care about is the delivery side there is no customer relationships. And why it's called fast food I do not know been sitting waiting for order for 15 minutes the place is a joke

I ordered a vanilla milkshake i am allergic to banana milkshakes and i got given one luckily my friend had the first sip and told me so i took it back and he gave me another one and said it was vanilla i took it back to my table and it was banana again and my throat started to swell

Just recieved my order and every single item was freezing cold, I did not receive my mayo chicken instead it was a cheeseburger, I’m not bothered about getting the mayo chicken wrong but a little bit of heat in the food wouldn’t go a miss

Absolutely disgusting. Food all over floor in kitchen and toilets were rotten. Don’t think I will be having a McDonald’s again any time soon

Food wasn't particularly hot. Not much seating. Toilets didn't smell too good. Not the best.
