Kailis Bros - Canning Vale

I wrote the review about a month ago, but I have yet to receive my refund from Kailis. Despite making four phone calls and receiving four promises to call me back, I have not received any return calls or my refund. Unfortunately, I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. It seems that finding the right person to talk to within a company is crucial. Initially, my experience with Kailis Bros' receptionist was unhelpful, with accusations that I may have caused the issue with the product. However, upon further investigation, the company not only agreed to replace the faulty product but also offered to personally visit my house to inspect the quality. I am impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have used Kailis for wholesale seafood for almost 30yrs. Others come and go but Kailis has always been consistent quality and service.

This restaurant is excellent and well-organized. Paul, the staff member, is very friendly and honest.

I really like this restaurant and the food is amazing.

Hubby & i came here to celebrate the 6-month of our daughter with mum. We're only in Perth to spend Christmas with the family & will go back to Dubai. We always go for fish & chips at first whenever we visit. And we were told that Kailis is very good with seafood. I enjoyed the night & fish was very good! Overall, will come back here again.
