L'espelette - Cannes

At Espelette, the bull's coast with its mushroom sauce and panisse fries is delicious, succulent! It's an original dish I never ate in Cannes. Bravo to the boss for his excellent knowledge of the wines he offers! I'm bluffed! (12 rue Macé Cannes).

I highly recommend this restaurant! Very pleasant frame, very friendly staff and especially delicious recipes prepared with fresh products by chef Sébastien. Especially mentioning cheddar mussels, a party!
