Le Cafe Blanc - Cannes

Set on a lovely terrace it's part of the hotel just off the Croisette, we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. A good quality, high standard resturant but not pretentious at all, we had a lovely relaxed dinner. Food was excellent perhaps a little on the expensive side but i think well worth it for the peaceful terrace and relaxing environment so close to centre of Cannes.

All dishes were smelling good, looking good, tasting good, eating next to a cute swimming pool on the terrace was very pleasant especially in the evening, staff is very friendly and helpful and do not disturb you during the diner, the menu also tells if there is gluten or not which a plus! Not too expensively

Very average. Vanilla ice cream on top of the creme brulee. Not good together; not good separately either.

This restaurant is well tucked away behind rue d'Antibes; it has a lovely ambiance, especially outside (and especially when warm and sunny) and the food is excellent - not complicated, but home-made, well cooked, nicely presented and well served. Strongly recommended for a long, languid lunch.
