Best pho in Canmore. I love it. Recommendation: special beef pho and Tom yum shrimp noodles.

Had some takeaway. Really friendly service and the food was actually really great. I mean, I'm not Vietnamese food expert but the Pho tasted good with the fish sauce that they provided. The noodles could have been kept separate because after I got home (5 minutes later) it was overcooked. Portions were really good. I'm from the UK and I would have been happy with 3/4 of the portions that they provided and for $13 that's a really good deal. I suppose main reason for giving 4 and not 5 is probably the noodles being overdone and I guess in general, it's not like it was a special experience flavour-wise but it was good and I would eat again for takeaway. Several restaurants in Canmore seem to have 4+ ratings and I don't think it's deserved.

People complaining about the portion sizes on here probably need to watch their portion control. Meal was delicious and well portioned. Sometimes places give you too much food, this place gives you the right amount. The curry was absolutely delightful and their fried spring roles were on par.

I ate Vietnamese daily in Saigon for several years. In Alberta this is about as close as you can get to the real deal. If you ask for more authentic presentation of some dishes, they'll serve it up. Limited menu but well executed. Friendly service, good food. What's not to like?

I have dined at this restaurant four or five times in the last couple of months. The service is always friendly and quick. The second time I came, the waitress remembered us and even my friends drink order. We were certainly impressed and it has kept us coming back. I have had the beef vermicelli with spring rolls each time, as it has been consistently great. I would certainly recommend this restaurant if you are in Canmore or Banff.
