Brasserie on the Park @ Cabra-Vale Diggers

This place is always a good place for my family and I to go eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food never fails to fill me up and the ambiance is very aesthetic.

This RSL is decorated very nicely! Looks very modern and lively. We ordered the philly cheese scotch fillet roll and rib eye steak. The roll had delicious flavours and nice crispy bread however the meat was a bit tough. The rib eye was cooked to perfection, very tender and mouthwatering. I think they sous vide the steak, not 100% sure but still great! Chips were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Nice meal for an RSL, would come again!

This place is beautiful the decor, the staff the food!<br/ <br/ Loving the huge variety they have to offer from your sliders to your seafood platters, they pretty much have it all!<br/ <br/ Our fav was the roasted beef rump the meat cooked to perfection, the gravy divine!<br/ <br/ The desserts here are also not to be missed!<br/ <br/ Will definitely be back soon :

Fantastic newly refurbished venue.   The food is amazing!   Flawless execution in the Garlic prawns which they serve with a baguette for you to dip into the emulsification of rich basil infused sauce!   The meat on the trio sliders was tender, however what stole the show for me in the first course was the beer battered flat head soft tacos!   Wasabi Mayo, charred corn, caramelized onion and coriander was a very interesting yet refreshing combination with an added crunch to this from baby radish definitely my pick of the entrees!<br/ <br/ The Seafood Share Platter is massive with wild caught kingfish, chermoula grilled prawns, salt pepper squid, beer battered barramundi fillet, rock oysters, smoked salmon and chunky fries pretty ordinary sounding right??   BUT NO it's the jim jam sauce that's accompanies this dish that completely breathes new life into this classic choice.<br/ <br/ Also worth trying is definitely the rotisserie of grain fed rump cap, such a beautiful texture in the meet from the way it's cooked.<br/ <br/ The desserts of Mango Coconut Domes, Salted Caramel popcorn and Petite Choc Mirror Glaze are absolutely stunning.  Definitely the first is destined to be a crowd favorite.<br/ <br/ Service was friendly, personal and charming, the ambience of the newly renovated venue adds to the atmosphere and the wait times were very very swift.

First time going to this venue. Food was great and the service was also exceptional. We had a party of 18 people and we were all treated great by 1 exceptional staff member. I must say that more staff need to be on the floor helping with clearing empty plates and customers needs and questions. Throughout the whole evening there was 1 staff member who was able to answer all my questions, help me when I asked, provide info about amenities, show us around to where we wanted to go. This employee was not a staff member of the braissierie on the park where I spent the entire night he is the bar staff. yet he cleared my dirty plates from my party of 18 so we could make room to he the birthday cake. He showed my guests where disabled toilets were. He answered every question I asked he was extremely helpful through out the entire night as there were no braissierie staff around the entire night so I went to him at the bar. He could of told me that he was only the bar staff not the braissierie staff and to ask one of the dining room staff but no he didn't he went above and beyond to complete my every wish and question. This employees name is BRENDON KAJIC. All your other staff should follow this young man's excellent work ethic as he went above and beyond his duties to help and assist me when I asked.
