Warung Local - Canggu

Ordered the vegan Nasi Goreng for only 30k and it was really good. Only downside was that they ran out of tempeh satay so I asked for the normal tempeh as a substitute but this was lost in translation unfortunately so just had a plain nasi goreng. You can also make your own plate from the different dishes they have and I did see a lot of vegan options that you can choose from. They serve beers as well! This place gets really busy so we were worried we wouldn't get a table but luckily some people left to open up a table for us. Updated from previous review on 2023-04-17

I love this place, they have a very good choice of vegan dishes for nasi campur. You get a big plate with veggies, tofu, tempe, spring rolls etc. The staff is very nice and the location is good as well!

Very happy to find this place so early on in my stay in Canggu. Luckily it’s just down the road from my guesthouse so I will be back again soon! It’s very cheap for this side of town and lots of vegan options. I’d say nearly half of their options are vegan. Vegan options are labelled. I spent 31k on my meal and got loads! I also got a watermelon juice for 15k!

I've been there everyday during my 4 days syay in Canggu. The buffet is huge, loads of vegan options, veggies, tofu and at least 4 different types of my favorite tempeh! The staff is nice and inside is light, modern and comfy.

Great choice of delicious food, lots of tempeh and tofu. The cheapest option is rice or noodles, 2 sides (like plant proteins) and 2 vegetable choices, 24K if I remember correctly. Drinks are also very cheap, 12K for iced tea, 20 for fresh coconut, although they wrap them in cling film.. but they use paper straws! Super nice atmosphere and interior. It 's got a great vibe, it 's delicious and it 's cheap. Would give 5 stars if HappyCow let me (4 stars is maximum if the place isn 't fully vegetarian or vegan)
