One of very good riddles in Bali. We order 3 types of ramen pork classic arms, chicken arms and spicy arms also order pork gyoza is very delicate. Also have games inside for fun. Very good interior.
Love the mood of this place. Samurai Themes Skateboard Decor, hand-painted artworks on the walls, tufted tiger carpet, painted bricks and vertical subway tiles everywhere. There were even Wakizashi door handles in front of the restaurant. Good Lo-Fi Hip Hop music played all the time we were there, and there were a few free 16 bit arcade games to play. The place seems to be the personal expression of an owner who loves Japanese street aesthetics and a simple, good tasting bowl of rammen. Now for dinner... We had the Tonkotsu Black Garlic and Tonkotsu Classic Ramen, as well as a side of Karaage. Everything tasted like it should and was perfectly cooked. The carafe was juicy inside and crispy outside, ramen had a large full-bodied broth and a little more umami and salty kick in the black garlic version. The noodles were solid, and the ingredients were all in proportion. We loved the black garlic bowl for the novelty, but the classic was more familiar and probably more delicious.
A little came here at 11:00 until it was opened. The place wasn't that big. I bet if there were many people we'd have to shut up for a while. I tried tonkotsu and it was great. The broth was tasty and they also gave a generous part of cut pork, although for me the pork was not so tender. They give free egg on Wednesday. In my opinion, it's a bit too expensive, much more expensive than those Rammen restaurants in Jakarta. But it's still worth trying.
A nice interior ramen place in Petitenget. they don't have plenty of seats but the decoration and the ambience is really nice. went here for dinner, and ordered the classic and garlic one gyoza. they didnt blew me away, it was an okay. the meat was not tender, a little hard to chew. personally we like the garlic better because it has more kick to it the gyoza came really late after we finish our ramen. extra points for friendly service tho not my favorite place to eat ramen but definitely a must try for those who havent tried!
