Unfortunately, the drive-thru service was exceedingly slow. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order with four cars ahead of me, and this was during non-peak hours. The employees who answered the drive-thru didn’t greet me, thank me, or even confirm my order amount. While I understand that staffing shortages and challenging conditions can affect service, it's essential for businesses to prioritize customer retention through good service if they want to keep customers coming back. For me, this experience was a definitive no; I won’t return. I’d much rather go to Starbucks for a better customer experience—even if I have to wait longer during busy times, the employees there are always friendly and smiling. Meanwhile, the drive-thru staff were openly swearing and complaining about their wait times…
We waited over 30 minutes for 5 sandwiches. 1 of the sandwiches was cold and the bagel was not cooked. Very poor service.
My order is always incorrect, and the drive-thru service is extremely slow. There have been instances where I waited 30 minutes despite having only five cars in front of me.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru with six cars ahead of me. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 1/5.
