TGI Friday's Cancun Cumbres

Usually I loved the place. Now it s run down. The fries were served cold and chewy. Just like last time, so it must be normal for them to make a batch and let it sit and wait under a lamp without any limitation. The plate I got with ribs that were largely overdone, the signature whiskey sauce was so thick à fork would stand up in it. The shrimps were ridiculous small. After the waiter cleaned the table, didn't ask for the desert. Waited half hour so decided to pay and leave. When the bill came I immediately took my credit card out. But no one came to collect. 20mins later I went to the bar to pay. Complained at the waiter, 'yeah its busy' I complained at the hostess at the door 'i' 'm sorry'. Manager not to be seen, neither did anyone bother to call him for me. Worthless. Will not return.

We stopped for lunch and we found the service was great , they were pleasant and kind with a smile from ear to ear. The food took a little long to make it to our table but the wait was well worth it...Very good food , great service and very clean...would eat there again anytime....

This was the second time I've gone to this restaurant since it opened in this new location. I went quite a bit of times to the one that they had in the hotel zone. There are no real surprises, you always know what to expect from their menu and their service. That is always a good thing. The only thing that I found very strange, was that we asked for a glass of red wine and they served it in a champagne glass. I don't mean to be too snobby, but it was just weird. Why would you sell red wine if you don't have red wine glasses?

Delicious salmon.. We tried both selections the Jack Daniel grilled salmon and the Herb Grilled salmon... Yummy! The prices were decent and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Definitely worth the visit.. You won't be disappointed!

Easy to find. Off highway #307 Carr. Cancun-Tulum in south Cancun. It is in Crumbles Plaza and across the street from the La Roca Plaza which are both on your way to the airport if traveling from the city center.Great food, exactly as you would expect to find at their locations in the states! It is the best burger by far that we've eat since living in Cancun!Clean restaurant and nice staff made this a good experience.Burger is big enough to share! Prices are comparable to the same in the states. Overall a nice date night in Cancun!
