The waiter who served my family and I was a pleasant, funny man who made us feel comfortable and welcomed into the restaurant. I assume the feeling was the same among other tables, as I heard laughter from them as well.Atmosphere (4/5) - Also pleasant. Although it was windy, the barriers or surroundings of the by-the-beach restaurant let little wind in and the temperature was slightly warm, but not unpleasant. The decor was also nice, and definitely stood out as much more Asian than the food itself. The only issue was the lighting, which was rather dim. Some people (including my parents) had to use their smartphone flashlights to see the menu, which was condensed nicely onto one page. Food (1/5) - Absolutely awful - the worst Asian food I've ever had. The average price per main dish was around ~170 pesos (around $9.5 USD as of writing this review). For each meal at most I'd pay... a dollar. I compare this price to the average price I'd pay for a bowl of instant noodle Shin Ramen. Although the each dish was not nearly as good as Shin Ramen, it's definitely healthier, so the two factors balance to the price of a dollar. To give you an idea of how bad the food was, I'll go through the couple dishes my family had that you should definitely avoid if you don't want to waste your money (but you'll probably be wasting your money if you go here anyways). - Appetizer Plate: Consisted of eggrolls, edamame, shrimp noodles, chicken wings, and simosas. The best thing I had, and still disappointing. The eggrolls were good, but as good as frozen eggrolls (mostly soggy and soft with little filling inside), which is not something I'd ever pay for for the value. I could just easily get a bag of eggrolls from Costco just as good (probably better) and with 10x more eggrolls. The edamame was pretty dry, but passable since you can't go too wrong with edamame. The shrimp noodles definitely had undercooked noodles, and I can imagine the rubbery shrimp was frozen. The chicken wings were much too sweet and chewy; KFC is bad but they have better tasting chicken. The simosas were the worst of the plate - with little filling and mostly comprised of just soggy crust. - Chashu Ramen: The cooks should be really ashamed of themselves for calling this crappy noodle soup ramen because (1) it tasted awful, and (2) it wasn't even ramen. The noodles were not at all ramen noodles (closer to pho noodles) and were undercooked. The broth was most definitely udon broth, and was equally as bad with little flavor. The pork (chashu) was closer to teriyaki and very rubbery; they were presented in thick long strips - nothing like what you'd expect from a typical chashu pork. The eggs were not chicken eggs, but probably quail eggs; for some reason they tasted slightly sour and they were the only thing I could not stomach eating and had to spit out. - Pad Thai with Chicken: Another complete garbage meal. The noodles were undercooked. The sauce was very watery and also very tangy - almost sour. The chicken was passable; the sauce ruined this as well unfortunately. - Red Curry and Yellow Curry: We received no spoons with which to scoop the curry with. The curries themselves were watery as well, so attempting to put them on the grainy rice that accompanied them was laughable and tasted... interesting to say the least. The red curry came with an assortment of clams and shrimp - both rubbery and disgusting to eat. At the very least most of the vegetables were cooked in these dishes, so I stomached those well enough. In conclusion, I'd never come to this restaurant again in my life. If the only thing Asian you have ever tasted was instant ramen, I'd recommend you continue eating that instead of almost anything here, besides possibly the eggrolls. The food was so bad I would think that you'd have to try significantly to make such bad dishes. I didn't hear much sizzling or see much fire from the observable kitchen, so I wouldn't be surprised if some of these dishes were microwaved. In the off chance you choose to go to this restaurant after reading this, then at least afterwards you can go the the buffets inside the resort afterwards just as my family and three others that I saw at the buffet shortly after did. Absolutely awful.
Quizá es el estilo de comida, no sé, pero no me agradó este Restaurante, de los que he probado en Paradisusu es de los que menos me agrada. Tienen buena atención pero no fue de mi agrado.
Service was the only thing that was ok. Everything was very bland with no seasoning at all. The Mahi Mahi was extremely dry. Tempora chicken was moist but no taste at all. The chicken broth looked great, but again no taste.
Portion sizes were great! Not huge just enough for one person. I ordered the duck, it was a little overcooked but flavor was good.
Muy buena experiencia, para un amante del buen comer es un gran lugar para disfrutar de una hermosa velada con una increíble vista
