Le Troquet - Cancale

Semi-gastronomic dish with fresh seasonal products.

Very good restaurant, I took the Brittany menu at 42€ and it was excellent from the entrance to the dessert. The products are fresh and well cooked and they feel on the plates. I recommend. The soup of shrimps, bushes and vegetables, a real delight with the taste of ginger that explodes in the mouth: Noix Saint-Jacques, the last season with also a sauce that sends heavy: And a pear chocolate chip to finish:

We were taken quickly despite strong influence, rapid service, quality product and very pleasant and pro staff. Thank you.

A passable quantity/price ratio. I'm not coming back.

Disappointed by the reception. We had a reservation but not necessarily a reserved table when we arrived. The waiter made several round-trips in the restaurant before installing us. At the time of giving us the cards we said we had booked with a box... The server seemed completely lost and didn't know what to do, he left and returned by giving us special box cards with a serious impression of disturbing... For 30 minutes our server disappeared... Another waiter sees that we're waiting but not coming to see us... Afterwards the meal improves because the dishes are really delicious and served with another much warmer server that put us more comfortable. Despite the atmosphere of the restaurant we still managed to enjoy but we felt that coming with a box we were really not in our place including when paying our drinks... 12€ for a soda and a beer and a credit card not accepted because less than 20€...
