If I had been a customer for the first time, I would never give this place my business. Call to place an order, but obviously the connection was not good. The woman cut me off, told me I can order online or come to order and hang up. My phone was on speaker and I took it off while she spoke to fix the problem, but she didn't even give me a chance. The whole call was less than 30 seconds. Incredibly rude.

Their food is great but the service is so so bad. There been a couple of times the lady in the front is so rude and rushes you. I know their busy and short staff which I never mind waiting because I know that feeling. And today was the worse, as I was opening the door the lady yelled and smacking her hand said no order we closed. I was like you have your open sign light up and you hours say 9:30 pm. She just yell while smacking her hand ?we close?. They need to change their hours if they going to close early or have a sign up. Could of been nice about it too. I serve customer service at my best even when I?m having a bad day, short staff, over work but never have ever taken out on my customers. They pay my bills and put food on my table. I?m so upset with her.

Food was ok? The fresh rolls were delicious but the pad Thai was lacking in flavor. The chicken and it was very bland and really not in a peanut flavor. I probably won?t either again

Your food is great, but the service is so bad. There was a few times that the lady in the front is so rude and you hurry. I came to the restaurant, said hello and she didn't answer and when I asked for my order, she just showed me with her finger that it was on a table? That was really rude!

33 minutes it is what it is for an order of Pad Thai and I had to remind them twice, as my order always comes beaten for online orders. There was no organization or good customer service for the people in the restaurant. There was a party of 10 waiting for their tab and the woman always online and phone orders instead of them. They paid in cash and left really angry. They mentioned that the food was delicious before leaving, but that they would never be back. Same here. The food is good, but the service is HORRIBLE.
