Los Dos Agaves - Canby

Wow, this is a hidden jewel! Best legit Mexican food and drinks we had in a while! They have a wide selection of cocktails and meals in their menus. They have a happy hour at their bar. The place was nice, clean and looks almost elegant. Definitely an upscale Mexican restaurant. It's really expensive, but it's worth it.

This is the hands down our favorite place, and the best in the city. We come here several times a month, and this is our way for all celebrity meals. We love Los Dos Agaves! The service is incredible, the food never disappoints and the drinks are delicious. We can't say enough good things about this restaurant. In the nights we go out to eat without failure when we ask our children where they want to go, it's always, Los Dos!

Taco Tuesday? asada and pastor are on the point. The salsa chips and the bean tap are? Homie at the bar who takes orders is cold? I just tried the street tacos and they are? deff is coming back for more. Oh the tortillas are fire jus like I like beautiful and a little toast

I never write reviews, but I felt very strong in this letter. My family and I have already eaten here and had a terrible experience, but we thought we would try again. Upon arrival it was clear that the place was very busy and probably short employees. We asked for a table and said it was about 10-20 minutes. After about 10 minutes we sat and that was the extent of the decent service. 30 minutes and two people in my party seeking help, we were finally brought water, although not enough cups for those sitting at the table. We gave the server our order, although it was obvious that our table was outside its normal zone. 40 minutes later our food came. We had to wait 10 minutes for cutlery, even though we had asked two of our employees to get us something. When the food came out, it was clear that the macaroni and the cheese of the child were heated in the microwave as it was burned and almost completely unusable (see photo). The rest of our table was best moderate. As I mentioned, I realize that the place was busy and probably underoccupied. The service we received, plus the overall poor quality of food, was the nail in the coffin for us. We will never return, and I encourage anyone who reads this to find somewhere else to spend their money. It wasn't worth it.

This was my 1st experience with the restaurant. I ordered take away and wanted something pretty healthy, so I ordered the expresso vegetarian burrito. When I got home, I opened the bag and was so surprised at the portions that the restaurant offered. The burrito had mushrooms, summer squash, onions, red peppers, yellow peppers, green peppers, rice and beans. It was so delicious and I was surprised it did not have cheese in it. BUT glad it did not, that's what I loved about this burrito. I would say it's definitely so delicious and it was topped with fresh avocado. I also ordered a side of refried beans and those hit the spot for sure. I will definitely return and take my friends.
