Przekaż informację zwrotnąDon't ever rely on the time table that the online order progress shows you. I've let it slip the last 3 times since it was only by a few minutes. This time it was a full 29 minutes past the ready time before my order was even finished. Every time I asked on the progress, I was told every time that it's almost done. Yeah it wasn't. And since I was already 17 minutes late back from lunch at work, I didn't bother to stay and argue about a refund since it was so late. That's my lesson learned.

Decent food for the price. I'm only a takeout guy so that's that.
On Friday night we came in for a early dinner, we’ve came in times prior and received horrible service this time was definitely a change due to our great service , our server tevion did a excellent job with making our dining experience wonderful he remembered everything for our order and made sure everything came out to our standard he was very attentive to our needs and our satisfaction, the only downside of our experience was how all the other staff seemed to stand around doing nothing even the manager totally unprofessional but I wouldn’t mind coming back. Thank you tevion for the amazing service !
Sorry, but we will not be returning soon. This always our family’s go to place, but today we will be finding another restaurant. We went in as a group of 4. We ordered coffee and tea. It took around 10 minutes to get that, we ended up ordering our food before getting drinks. Once our food arrived we thought yay! Short lived! My husband ordered a steak, medium, it came back mostly raw. He sent it back 3 times, each time they were putting the same steak back on the grill. Plus all of the little pieces that were being cut off. Finally get a small steak, which is now rubber, along with little rubber pieces of steak. Finally we ask to speak with management… not a good idea, he was extremely unprofessional and lacked training for his position. He said they could take fifty percent off our check, or cook him a whole other steak. We chose the food…. 20 minutes later, no word on anything. Come to find out, no one was going to cook his food.. we were then politely being told to leave. When it came time to pay the bill, we only got a 15 percent discount, not the fifty as promised. The management said that that’s all he could do, even after offering a larger discount.Now on to the plus side. The other food we got was good, our server was decent. It was just a bad night. I feel like more training was needed for the staff
