Mount Majura Vineyard - Canberra

Great location to relax, relax and enjoy beautiful wine. It's just 10 minutes drive from Canberra. Must visit place for locals and visitors.

We visited Mt Majura on a tour with Daves and really loved our tasting here! I was blown away, how delicious all the wines omg. My personal fav was the Riesling. I don't think I've ever had a giant as good as my life! The tasting took place outside with an incredible view of the vines and the valley, in a beautiful sandstone pasture. I can't wait to come back and visit again!

Fantastic vineyard and amazing staff. We were super pleased and happy with our visit here at Mount Majura Vineyard. Recommending everyone to make this a priority if visiting Canberra or living there.

Visited here 10 am on Friday, and could enjoy the place privately. Wine tasting with 20 bucks includes 11 wines with a small cheese plate. It really worth for the money. Grape varieties from Spain was so nice. There is an advanced wine tasting with 40 bucks, however, this is available only on the weekend.

We had the pleasure of spending the afternoon today at this wonderful winery. The wines speak for themselves and I can’t recommend visiting for a tasting to try for yourself enough. The tasting experience itself though was exceptional really. We visit a lot of cellar doors and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time. The staff hit the trifecta of being friendly, attentive and highly knowledgeable all whilst it was a crazy busy day. But despite the crown we never felt rushed, not neglected and there was no pressure to finish and get out so they could pack more people in. Overall just a wonderful experience and beautiful wines. Definitely stop by if in Canberra, on your way there or heading home.
