Coffee Guru Amaroo - Canberra

I took out my meal home and this is the third time that I m getting wrong order. The customer service was terrible and started arguing with me instead of just changing my order. Never going back there. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40

We have tried this shop few times and have mostly disappointed with quality of food. Mainly overcooked and burnt noodles or rice. Also they don’t answer calls, tried calling them atleast 10 times in 30 mins since they gave me wrong order. Avoid this place.

Ordered veg noodle box but no veg and so dry and burnt. other 2 boxes I bought were OK. Food quality can be improved. I tried at Belconnen and their food quality is good.

4 staff and too lazy to answer the phone for phone orders. Asked what their phone number was and they had no idea. I almost think they avoid phone orders so people make orders at marked up prices on menu log etc.

I found a slug in my lunch at this restaurant. The only response I received was being asked if I wanted a refund. This incident occurred during lunchtime and the price per person was between A$1 to A$20.
