Baita Dolomites - CANAZEI

There's finally the right cabin! Directly on the slopes of the Sellaronda but slightly hidden... it is really an oasis of peace! You eat well, friendly and helpful staff, breathtaking views and more than reasonable prices. In addition to the excellent dishes of really home cooking, I would like to report also a discreet selection of artisan grappas. Really recommended!

Fiabesca experience! We reached the refuge with the Gatto delle nevi (service offered by the structure), immersed in the magic of the slopes at night. Fabulous dinner composed of 3 courses, cutter of sliced and typical cheeses, bis of canederli and stinco with potatoes. elaborate preparations, authentic tastes, super cured dishes and very abundant. A note of merit also to the basket of bread: fresh, varied and tasty. Wine and desserts included in the fixed price, really too honest for the quality of the products and for the context in which we consumed the dinner. Friendly and very helpful managers. We felt pampered. A high-altitude bean, if you go to Canazei. Recommended!!

We stopped at Baita Dolomites for lunch. Small cabin, with excellent dishes. Family management. Very clean.

In search of a cabin on the slopes for lunch, on the slope that descends from the rodella to white wolf, almost hidden here is this pleasant cabin, new, clean and quiet. We ate some excellent caneders with melted butter and excellent barley soup, beers, coffee, tea. Very kind staff, price in the norm. Great service. Very recommended. Only flaw that this season is in the shade but I assure you that inside is very hot, especially if you want to eat quietly.
