There was one guy who seemed to be doing his best to train others while managing everything himself, but it was just too much for him. The drinks were terrible; I can't believe they were made with the machines. My kids tried their drinks and said they were undrinkable because they burned their mouths. I tasted it myself, and it was just awful. The food was not edible, and most of it ended up in the trash. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was lacking, with a disgusting mess everywhere. I would never return to this restaurant. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I absolutely would.
I used to absolutely love this restaurant when we lived in Scottsdale on FLW Boulevard, but the location in Canandaigua feels like a completely different place! The quality of customer service, portion sizes, food presentation, and cleanliness were all subpar. I was shocked when I was told they couldn't provide vinaigrette because they were understaffed and had no one available to make it that day. Yet, there were about 7-8 staff members standing around talking while the kitchen crew rushed to attend to customers, who were lining up out the door! There was no manager to be seen, and the whole experience felt disorganized and disconnected. It left me feeling really disappointed. If things stay this way, I fear they won't be in business for long. Canandaigua is a small town, and word spreads quickly, especially when a place has such a poor reputation. Now you can see why.
When I asked to speak to the manager about the overall condition of the restaurant, the only response I got was that they had to focus on a $3,000 catering order first. I don’t see how a catering order justifies neglecting the upkeep of their dining area. The store owners really need to train their staff better and possibly hire more qualified individuals to handle the operations. The manager looked quite young and didn’t seem to take responsibility for the situation at all.
I travel extensively for work and when I purchase a meal I must have a receipt after placing an order and paying for it I was informed they had no receipt paper I asked what they could do to help me they told me nothing laughed about it this is unacceptable customer service it's not the first time it's happened in this store and after trying to deal with their customer support apparently the problem is more deep rooted than just locally they don't seem to care the food was okay but the service was horrible to be honest with you Moe's offers just a good equality food and a better priceIt's not just about what I spent I don't care about that it's the fact that I need the receipt for work and I can't get one
Very upset with them they were out of alot of stuff witch I understand but the kids meal they couldn't give me anything that came with it and the girl looked right at me and said she can't do anything about it and I'll have to just deal with it.
