I brought the plastic bottle stand that sits on the shelf when the bottles are held upfront or in the back(due to pricing and the theft of the product . Then she says immediately says this isn 't for sale as if I were trying to buy a piece of plastic with a sticker on it. Anyways, I tell her that I want that bottle from the back and she proceeds to tell me we don 't have it in the back mind you she didn 't look, didn 't get a product check or anything just asked the lady that was super busy wether they had them or not. Like make it make sense. Then she was being rude shaking her head bc I asked her are you sure like are you sure bc you 're lazy and didn 't even try to check for it. Regardless she needs to be retrained on service . Customer service, first we say hi how are you guys doing today. Instead of ID . Just to not have the bottle. It 's giving lazy and needs a new job ! So get it together.
Placed a large order for curbside pick up this morning, got a called a few hours later cancelling my order due to short staffing. You can't just push a order back for later in the day, just cancel it completely? That is no way to keep customers. We will not be shopping here anymore.
Just walked out of Kroger and made my heart happy to see some younger kid that worked at Kroger help this women put her groceries in her car, he had a lot of patience and walked just as slow as this older woman he was talking to her and was smiled at her just showed me how much he enjoyed his job
I have still yet to figure out why literally EVERY SINGLE KROGER is laid out differently. I have been to probably...30 different Kroger stores in my life, at least. Not a single one of them was laid out the same. While I appreciate the variety, it is always kind of a guessing game on finding things. At least nowadays they have the app, so you can locate specific items when you need them. Anyway...rant over. Now, about this store! Service is usually pretty good. They tend to be pretty friendly. The two cashiers I have had the most are Grace and Mikayla (sorry if I misspelled your name! and they tend to be very pleasant. The baggers are nice, as well. There is a liquor store and best of all, there is RARELY a line in the regular check out lanes. All in all, this is my favorite Kroger on this side of town. The one in Groveport comes in second.
This is one of the Kroger grocery stores that has yet to be renovated. They offer the basic Kroger services and groceries. I also just recently found out they no longer offer the Western Union service. For those of you who are not familiar with the Kroger updates most if not all have the Starbucks cafe and salad bar, this one does not. But the produce section is great and it is clean. It is on the smaller side as well.
