No sickness I wrapped on the door, got to Worker’s attention, and they didn’t even bother to say nothing to me. like sorry we close earlier. We put the food away. They didn’t say nothing to me. You know I’m here 15 minutes away. I was really counting on it. A Fresh wholesome dinner from your place instead of other alternatives. It’s really rotten. I’m a senior citizen and they close early and couldn’t respect me knocking on the door as in serving me it would’ve took two minutes, I know how hard it is to get employees but I’ll tell you what they both be looking for another job if they work for me Mark Manning been in business 33 years self-employed
Food is always good and fresh. Great service also with great personalities. I order online for pickup and they are always on time. The only thing I can’t understand is the deal online didn’t add my free bag of potato chips as it says.
I am in the same boat. Not sure why but any time I place a pickup order, I wait an extra 10 to 20 mins after pickup time for the order while people walk in and are taken care of immediately and leave while I sit and wait.Just don't think they have a system in place to handle the online orders until there is a break in walk in customers. Can easily be fixed with training the employees to work in the orders as they go vice when they get a chance.Update: Confirmed my suspicion with the employee after walking up and getting in line to have them make my mobile order 20 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up [at least it was fresh]. Employees are trained to do the customers that walk in first and when they are done, deal with mobile orders or they will be in trouble. That means this falls solely on the manager for training this way. So if you put in a mobile order, just get in line anyway as then they will make it in front of you which I know defeats the purpose of a mobile order in the first place but it is the only way until management corrects their errors as this is the only subway I know that does this. Parking: Shares parking with other business in the strip so there is plenty. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out. Should not be any issues.
It's a subway...BUT it was the weekend of the country music festival and the girl behind the counter was extremely overworked. That being said she was very professional and just powered through it. I don't recall her name but she needs a raise.
Don’t place an online order because a 15 minute pickup turned into waiting 35 min after the pickup time. But don’t worry You can go inside and people waiting on the online order will be waiting well after you get your food. Go in and place an order never
