Wonderland Beer Garden - Canada

I hadn't visited Wendy's in a while, but after seeing a TV commercial for a $3 Dave's Single, I found myself craving it again. I decided to swing by the drive-thru and ended up ordering nine burgers to take home for my family. While I won't dive too deeply into the specifics of the burgers since they were fairly standard fast food fare, I do want to commend this location for consistently getting my orders right and serving food that looks appetizing, without any unpleasant surprises—something that not all locations manage to achieve. Even though it was quite busy due to its proximity to Wonderland, the staff provided quick service while remaining friendly. I've never had to return to correct an order, which is a definite plus for a fast food drive-thru. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

Overall, the service was very disappointing, and I don't think I will be coming back to this location.

I've visited this Wendy's multiple times and have consistently had great experiences with both the food and the service. The location is convenient, especially for a quick meal outside of Wonderland. I particularly love their baked potatoes and the value menu! Overall, it's an excellent fast-food chain that provides quality food at reasonable prices!

My first experience with the drive-thru here wasn't very good, as most of the food I ordered for my husband and me was cold. However, after I reached out through the Wendy's Canada website to voice my concerns, the manager of the Maple location contacted me to discuss my experience. He called within 24 hours of my complaint, listened attentively, and offered us complimentary combos for our next visit. When we returned to the restaurant to give it another try, the other manager on duty already knew who we were and generously provided our meal for free, just as promised. He was incredibly kind and asked us to let him know if everything was satisfactory. This time, the food was outstanding! I was so impressed by the way this location addressed my concerns that I’ve become a big fan. Great job, everyone, and thank you once again!

I have ordered from the drive-thru multiple times and have found that my burgers were not cooked thoroughly when I got them home. This seems to be a recurring issue at this particular Wendy's location. I've also tried calling, but I have yet to have my call answered. Overall, this is not a good Wendy's.
