Dunkin' - Canaan

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. The employees were chatting while the line kept getting longer. The service was incredibly slow. The only good staff are the ones who work the evening shift.

This restaurant has four staff members efficiently managing a busy line of cars. The coffee is fantastic, and I really enjoy the menu. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.

Take the 20 mins to go to a different dunkin you will get your food quicker. Would give a zero if I could Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Had to wait thirty eight minutes just to place my order for1cup of coffee. 3 of the slowest workers possible on duty. Drive thru closed. Over 20 people in line and 10 waiting for pick up. Should not take online orders, if you can't keep up with walk instead or drive thru. Either staff the business or shutt it down. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

They are short staffed, expensive, and generally unhappy to serve you. Especially if your order is above 2 items. They always mess up my order, and overall the restaurant is deserving of a poor review. Sorry guys, kindness and good service go a long way.
