Dunkin' - Canaan

Had to do a mobile order while standing in the store because my daughter and I stood for several minutes being ignored by the 4-5 people standing there.. then had to get a bagel that we didn't want because they were out of plain, would have been avoided had they bothered to take my order at the counter.

It's Dunkin...you know what to expect. Just like any other fast food joint.

Terrible service,slow,wrong order. Needs new management.

Always a pleasure stopping here, though it's not often at this particular place but I've had no problems and the bathrooms have been pretty clean and well kept so that's a huge plus because I've seen other places that have really poor skills at keeping one clean and just plain gross Parking: Plenty of places to park so no worries Wheelchair accessibility: There's 3 places for handicap places and access to the building

Small town Dunkin here. Service 80% of the time is super slow, so you go there with that expectation and then it won't be that bad. Tough times right now trying to find good help.
