Going through the drive through I SPECIFICALLY STATED I wanted it FRESH HOT AND IWOULD WAIT!!!!!! SURE NO PROBLEM she said..... I came to the payment window, paid and drove forward to the next window. My order was ready and waiting. I ASKED about my order and she replied oh ya !!!! Its fresh. I said REALLY??? YES! OK.... I paid drove to work. The fries were hot the burger wasnt even warm. I called back to Wendys asked for the GM . ONLY to get the MOST REDICULOUS ANSWER: The lettuce and tomato made it that way!!!! What a JOKE.... DO they really think Ive never been in a kitchen!!! I know that your tomatoes are cut and so is your lettuce stored in containers at luke cool condition temperature..... 1stly your staff should NOT LIE to cover theyre mistakes. 2ndly when a customer specifically makes a request that should be HONORED!!!! Especially when I stated I would wait ..... 3rdly This experience has been shared with my coworkers. It will take some convincing on my part to let them nowth

Sorry Camrose Wendy 's, but each time I 've been, the service has been horrible. I 've had family and friends comment the same thing at different times. I 've found the clerks to be rude and basically indifferent to customer satisfaction. Once, one of the clerks laughed at me for opting to remove the meat patty off of the 'hamburger ', stating if I didn 't want the meat perhaps I should just order a salad like all the other vegetarians . Say, what?? Me not impressed.
Never been to this or any other Wendy 's for a long, long time. After this visit, that pattern will repeat. Had a burger and fries. Neither compare to 5 Guys. It 's not for the lack of good service from Treyanna and Kade. Nice young people, eager to please. Here 's something stupid: yes, you can have free drink refills, but company policy says you get a brand new cup with each refill. How wasteful. If they are concerned about spreading germs by putting my contaminated cup against the dispenser, then use your finger to activate the fill switch. Yeah, wasteful! Spent $17 for the evening meal for two
Hi I have experienced a problem while picking up an order ending with order number 2206, I don't' remember the full order number as it doesn't show in my order history Recently from Wendy's restaurant. I was in the drive-through line and parked myself at a restaurant and after waiting a while when my number came I asked for my Skip order pickup number and the lady on the phone asked me to go ahead at the pickup window. When I went to the pickup window the Person Name Ed who was a supervisor at that moment refuse to give me the order and when I asked the reason he said that I am blocked by him for pickup. I asked the reason for that and he replied that I made a complaint about him to skip the dishes team last time so he won't handover food to me. I raised this issue straight away with the support team and also speak with Mr. Simran Call Support agent . I did complain about food handling and packing method of Wendy's restaurant last time as they don't seal their bags with the SKIP THE DISHES given tag like other restaurants and give us food in an open bags and they gave their carbonated drinks in disposals glasses with an open led which is not completed secured packed. I had an accident because of their open type disposal containers, the glasses break down while we drive because of the Co2 compressed gas in the drinks and they spoiled my bags as well as car seats. Today Mr. ED refuses to give me an order and I waited for it so long in the drive-through line and misbehaved with me. All other restaurants like Macdonald's, A&W, Brewhouse, etc including The Tim Hortons restaurant which is just next to them they always secure and sealed their food including the drinks in a bag and then handover to us. I had waited for this order so long and ended up doing nothing.
