Mcdonald's - Camrose

I really enjoy their drive-thru service. It's fast, efficient, and they always keep me updated on new menu items. I have never been disappointed with my experience.

I went into the Walmart thinking they always have a McDonalds even though I could see no sign from the outside. I doubt I need to tell you anything about McD's since you have been to enough to know what to expect. This one is one of the smallest ones.

Usually get a happy meal for my son after we run errands in Camrose. Fast service and always gets my order correct. We come here regularly.

After being frustrated about not being allowed to have tap water instead of pop in my combination meal, I decided to go back. Yes, I just ordered two cokes with the Big Mac meals and threw them down the sink. But, the burgers were hot and fresh as were the fries. So I'll just have to bring my own water and get over it.:

The restaurant was severely understaffed and appeared to prioritize drive-thru customers over those inside the store. This is especially disappointing in a city with a large elderly population who enjoy visiting in-person. We waited for over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. It seemed to take two people to make a simple coffee, so we resorted to using the self-serve machine. The manager got our order wrong, my muffin was dry, and the bathroom was not clean. Overall, a disappointing experience.
