+Food was good -Low flexibility: it was not possible to change from 1 starter+1main dish+1dessert to 2 starter+1main dish. -Small portions -Slow service: even if the teramisu was ready before, it would take 15minutes to bring it.
Spending a long week end in Camprodon area we looked for good local restaurant to go. This was the first one we tried as many inputs excelled the new fresh air this restaurant has brought to the cuisine scene in Camprodon. Luckily the reservation on the phone was as easy as nice and professional, which is very unfrequent to find nowdays, and we got a reservation for dinner with no problems. Restaurant is in a lovely mansion of early 1900 in a newly wooden glassed porch to a a big terrace upon the Ritort river, that shoud be awesome at day light. Food is basically for meat anf dessert lovers. Ox slides were delicious, and steak tartar very tasty without need to be spicy. Salad was a really tasteful one with real lettuce and tomatoes. Very limited red wine list , only 5 wines, but at least the one we tried was really good, so we assumed it's a well worked list with excellent wines at mid-low, medium, and high price levels. Price was the last good surprise as it was pretty moderate considering the excellent and very professional young staff, a pretty and unique location with a charming atmosphere, and the very good quality of food and wine.
Bonito sitio, pero caro para lo que es. Platos normalitos, que quieren aparentar mucho más de lo que son. El arroz, pocos matices y muy aceitoso. No lo recomendaría a no ser que bajen el precio. No debe valer más de 25eu el menú.
Habíamos estado en este restsutante, hace unos años, y nos gustó muchísimo. Hoy hemos vuelto y hemos seguido con la misma sensación Hemos tomado el menú, de 37€, con los platos siguientes Un aperitivo de aceitunas, gentileza de la casa Primeros: gazpacho y crepe de verduritas Segundos: tártar de salmón salvage y cochinillo sobre cama de trinxat de la Cerdanya Postres: Flor de melón con fresas Todo ello buenísimo y muy bien presentado Entorno natural bellísimo y personal muy amable y servicial Lo aconsejo
