I ordered the shoulder plate with two sides and a drink, along with a loaded potato.

It was fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly, and I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already.

We drove to TVille from Glasgow to try Dovies but was sold out,so we decided on Backyard BBQ because friends said it was great. I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe,came out cold ,chhese not even melted, the bottom bun was so soggy, I am tild them the little blonde just handed me a hamburger bun not grilled.My friend he ordered a pulled BBQ sandwich it was so soggy he couldn't even it ,both sandwiches not cut in half..was so disgusting..

Very friendly staff. I had been looking forward to trying this place. Downtown spot, smoker trailer out back. Got a three meat plate. Sliced brisket, ribs, sausage. Opened the container to find all three meats piled together in a lake of bbq sauce and bbq sauce poured over the top. That 's a red flag in the bbq world, covering something up. The brisket was the color gray, I 've never seen that. Which means it was from the day before. Dry, chewy and just awful. Impossible to eat because of the connective tissue. The chef should be embarrassed to even serve that. Hands down absolutely the worst brisket I have ever seen. Ribs seemed okay but hard to tell since they were submerged in bbq sauce. No seasoning on anything, no salt, no pepper. The sausage was good. But there is no doubt it was store bought hot links 's. Potato salad was also store bought. I really have no clue how you have a smoker trailer that awesome but serve brisket like that.

The grill offers an exceptional experience! The brisket is perfectly cooked, and the pulled pork is fantastic. Highly recommended!
