Miki's Sushi - Campbell River

At first glance, a restaurant that serves both breakfast and sushi might not make much sense, but this place truly excels! The breakfast here is exceptional, featuring eggs cooked to perfection, and they even provide a tofu scramble option for those who prefer it. Plus, there's a quirky cat robot that delivers your food, which is sure to bring joy to young children. While the outside might not catch your eye, the interior is warm and inviting. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—this has become my favorite breakfast spot!

This sushi was simply outstanding—truly the best! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the ambiance was charming. I'm visiting from out of town, and I will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. Kid-friendliness: The chicken nuggets and fries were a hit with my little one!

We are big fans of hot wings, so we decided to give them a try. We specifically asked in the comments for them to be on the milder side so that everyone could enjoy them. Unfortunately, they ended up being almost unbearable. After just one bite, three of us were gasping and coughing. The heat wasn't even the enjoyable kind—it was just an intense, overwhelming burn. Even after touching my face, my skin felt like it was on fire. There was nothing enjoyable about them; it was just a disappointing experience.

This place can be fantastic when it's at its best, but inconsistency can occasionally detract from the overall experience. On my latest visit, I found that the quality wasn’t as 'fresh' as I had come to expect. I really hope they can return to their former standards soon.
